About the Role:
We’re excited to invite an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team! In this role, you’ll
take charge of managing the mechanical design and delivery for large, complex systems. You’ll be working
closely with your project team, keeping an eye on budgets, and making sure everything stays on schedule.
You’ll also collaborate with various teams and keep the Mechanical Design Manager updated on
progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical design team on your projects, coordinating and assigning tasks.
- Participate in sales and project review meetings.
- Create and develop system designs and layouts.
- Oversee the design schedule, budget, and work orders.
- Work with Project Managers, architects, builders, consultants, and the purchasing team.
- Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Develop mechanical installation packages, inspection plans, and test plans.
- Offer technical support and guidance to other teams and junior staff.
- Help with system commissioning and testing.
